Anyone for shopping?
The great thing about knitting is that it involves shopping for lovely stuff: yarn, needles, knitting bags, patterns....

If you're unsure where to go for your gear, here are some suggestions for local(ish)stores:
Spinning Weal: This is a lovely shop on Hill Road in Clevedon (behind the Pier/ seafront road). The owners know everything there is about wool and always offer great advice and help as well as run workshops. They also sell online at: www.spinningweal.co.uk

Books:
There are so many inspiring and useful books out there to show you how to do fancy moves (or just basic ones)but we would suggest 'Stitch 'n Bitch' by Debbie Stoller as our bible of choice.
She is responsible for the new knitting revolution that has swept the US and the UK over the last decade and has introduced a new generation to knitting.
